About Us
BLAKE Ponek, owner
Blake is a commercial appraiser and San Luis Obispo County native. After working on Capitol Hill for the U.S. House Financial Services Committee, Blake returned to the Central Coast to begin his career in Commercial Real Estate Appraisal. Blake is a California Certified General Appraiser (License # 3000763), a former Staff Appraiser at McDonald Appraisal Service, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Business from California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo.
